We believe in the effectiveness of the Hijabrush and the rituals of care it supports. To ensure you feel confident in choosing us, we proudly offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all Hijabrush devices.

If you do not see visible improvements in your hair health within 90 days of consistent, proper use, you may be eligible for a full refund.


Refund Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund under our 90-day guarantee, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within 90 calendar days from your original purchase date.
  • Consistent Product Use: The device must have been used consistently for a minimum of 90 days as per the product’s instructions.
  • Proof of Use: A visual log (e.g., a brief time-lapse video or compilation) clearly showing the device being used on at least 30 different days within the 90-day period is required to confirm consistent use.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, order number, or receipt).
  • Device Condition: The product must be returned in working condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Return Timeline: Once your refund request is approved, the return package must be shipped back to us within 10 business days to remain eligible for refund processing.

How to Initiate a Refund

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at contact@hijabrush.com with the following:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • Proof of use (video or image compilation)
    • A brief explanation of your refund request
  2. Review Process: Our team will carefully review your request within 5 business days.
  3. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions and shipping address.
  4. Return the Product: Ship the item back using the provided instructions, ensuring it includes all original packaging, the device, and any accompanying materials.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Important: Refunds will only be processed for items returned with a valid RMA. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days at contact@hijabrush.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the situation promptly and provide a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Any opened or used personal care items, including oils or products where hygiene is a concern

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund but have not yet received it:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company. Processing times can vary.
  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days since confirmation and your refund has not appeared, please contact us at contact@hijabrush.com.

Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to request an exchange for the same product, email us at contact@hijabrush.com and include photos of the issue along with your order number.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
