The Protocol defines how hair should be cared for when it's covered for long hours. It removes uncertainty by defining the correct gestures, the correct sequence, and the appropriate tools. You do not have to guess anymore.

A care protocol is a reliable way of doing things. It tells you what to do, in what order, using which tools and which products, when a step needs one. Tool means it's yours, in the kit. Product means it's consumable, not included, and part of what Vol. II is being built to provide.
